Jitters Coffee Bar and Last Ditch Roastery

Beautifully designed and presented. Favorite coffee shop I’ve been to. The egg muffin is a bit bland but still good. I just wished it had more taste. The drinks and the baked goods are delicious. I was there during a rainy misting and it was just perfect. There’s so much natural lighting and the decor is nice

I can't exactly put my finger on it but this place just absolutely made me so very happy, comfortable, and cozy. The coffee and pastries were delicious and the atmosphere was terrific. Everyone we interacted with was lovely. This is the kind of place that clearly highlights what you cannot get at a chain coffee house. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The best in Mason City! Jitters has such a fun, independent coffee shop vibe. The drinks are always great and feature fresh-roasted beans. The baked goods are also wonderful and use clean ingredients. I have a list of my favorite coffee shops I’ve visited internationally, and Jitters is one of my favorites anywhere.

We found this place while driving north on I-35 and it is fabulous. Good strong coffee (roasted onsite). Outstanding fresh baked goods (best banana bread ever). Responsible COVID-19 precautions. Friendly, pleasant, ambiance. We’re from Wyoming so we have no connection to anything Mason City. Worth diverting from the Interstate.
