Crews Inn Bed & Breakfast

Not a fancy place, but super charming - felt like I was visiting with family and that’s how they want you to feel.||Our room was simple but clean and comfortable. Didn’t even need the window AC as the night air through open windows is perfect for sleeping in shoulder season.||Breakfasts were great: egg puffs one morning, pancakes the next; both were served with cut fruit, yogurt, and home made granola. Fresh brewed coffee was plentiful.||Conversation came easy with other guests and the various inn keepers. Sitting on a swing chair or one of the many rockers on the back porch was super peaceful in the early morning.||Loved this place.

We stayed for several days earlier this year. The only negative for our stay was it was too short. We loved everything about our stay. It felt as if I’d walked into some of the big old houses I remember being in as a child. We loved the room the porches but especially the setting of the house. Our host was like speaking to an old friend. We definitely want to go back, stay as long as we can and as often as we can!! To the negative responses I’ve read I can only guess they were looking for something totally different than we were. We could not have been happier with our stay and thank our host from the bottom of our hearts for not changing a thing.

A Hidden Gem Full of Heart and Nostalgia Staying at Cews Inn felt like stepping back into my grandmother’s house — warm, welcoming, and full of charm. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, it’s truly a hidden gem. Waking up to the smell of Ms. Pat’s coffee each morning brought a comforting sense of home. The nostalgic farmhouse feel, the peaceful backyard with its constant breeze, and the stunning flowers all added to the magic. Every detail felt thoughtful and serene. We loved absolutely everything about our stay and can’t wait to return.

My husband and I visited the Crews Inn this past week and, as usual, we enjoyed our stay very much. Pat was our hostess and she cooked the most wonderful breakfasts. It is such a relaxing place to visit and unwind.

It's an amazing place to stay! The cottage was quaint, clean, quiet, and just the perfect size. Breakfast was always simple yet tasty and clean. Alton is a wonderful inn keeper who is always willing to answer a question or help find a place to eat. Honestly, I could not ask for a better place to stay.
