This was great quality of the ice cream. The young woman behind the counter, was incredibly patient and friendly. It’s worth the price and easily earns a perfect five stars.

Great ice cream, polite staff, and reasonably priced. Unfortunately they did not have food options available. Also (perhaps due to pending closure based on for sale signs?), the seating area was very dirty and not usable. Massive portion sized and hot fudge topping is unique.

Our party of four enjoyed two cones and two malts, all were delicious. I favored the banana pudding malt. Our service was quick and friendly. They have several tables for enjoying your food at. However, we strolled through the historic site. Remember, there are no trash cans in the park...take your trash with you.

My girlfriend who has been to Harper's ferry many more times than I says this is the only ice cream shop to hit. I finally got to Really good ice cream, huge portions. I got one scoop and I struggled to finish it. I can't imagine eating two scoops. Reasonable prices. Friendly service. What more can one want in an ice cream shop.
