Cold Stone Creamery

This place was not how it used to be 7 years ago, I recently went and was a little worried due to the recent reviews but I’ve been craving it so I decided to go. The lady was helpful and nice and the size of the ice scream was enough but the flavor was cheap and just not good like before.

Grainy texture to the ice cream? I’m not sure what was happening. Maybe the ice cream is old, re-used, or not being kept at the right temperature, but it had a very odd texture. Something is off.

Ordered a custom cake on Sunday to be picked up Wednesday at noon, was not ready. I was offered another cake that was not made the same way as a replacement. I asked can they have it ready by Thursday at noon and they said ok. (This is not the first time this has happened) Went Thursday and the cake was ready, no sorry, discount anything for me having to drive back out and pick it up. They did say they would talk to the manger so I was thankful for that. I did not inspect the cake because I didn’t think anything would be wrong with it…. I pulled the cake out of freezer to get it ready and noticed the side was a little off and there was no frosting around the bottom. Update: NO ONE called me back. I also contacted corporate, no one has responded. Called store for the 2nd time, went voicemail, again. I ordered a custom cake and for $50 it looked unprofessional. I took it to my car and thought it looked very sloppy but I didn't want to complain I thought maybe I was being unreasonable. The more I drove (15 minute commute)the cake continued to melt, decorations were falling off. I am unsure if it is safe to eat. I am disappointed I did not go in when I initially thought something was wrong. I should have trusted my gut instinct since I have purchased many many ice cream cakes over the years.I tried to call the store and I contacted Cold Stone the company. I will update review when or if the store contacts me.

This has been by far the WORST experience at this location! We used to come here when we lived out. It was a great location and our kids loved it. Last time we came was 5 yrs ago until today 11/17/2024. The first thing we noticed as we were walking inside was the nasty strong smell of moldy/sitting water. It was nasty. Once inside it hit us how hot it was inside! I mean we quickly got hot! It was uncomfortable. We ordered our signature ice cream and another thing we noticed was that our ice cream was already melting as they ladies were handing us our cups. Even the platform in which they have to mix the ice cream isn't keeping its temperature due to how HOT it is inside! By the time we sat down, I can honestly say we was drinking milk not eating ice cream! It was melting all over our table
