Placed an order on December 10th for my Christmas cook and haven't received anything yet. Called and emailed several times and zero response. Went on their Facebook page and the postings are from like 2024. I'm starting to think this place is closed or out of business.
Ordered December 16 2025. It’s now the 27th. Zero communication. No email or phone or social media message returns. Must be a scam beware
Being from Kansas City, we KNOW our bbq!! I ran across this product years ago and could get their Missouri smoking chips at the grocery. We've been in Florida for 6 yrs & have found NOTHING to compare. I HIGHLY recommend them & they're VERY reasonably priced!! Give it a shot!! This is our ULTIMATE FAVORITE!!!
Buyer beware for online shipping. Ordered and charged on 12/5,/2025 for shipping. Never received order, no answer when I called, and no response via website.
I’ve smoked more than most in my life already. These have been some of the best wood chunks that i’ve ever found. I get them shipped directly to me in Pennsylvania. Great Product
