Panchito’s Mexican Steakhouse

We actually went a couple months ago. The establishment was clean and service was great. The food wasn’t our favorite. I had the chili relleno and my partner ordered the beef chimi. My relleno was… ok, my partners chimi was not that good. The beef chili blend had a very retail chili flavor. Maybe we just hit on an off day, because the rest was ok. The guac was tasty. Would we try again? Yes, if in the area.

Horrible service. You will see them 3 times throughout your meal. Once to get your drink, once to get your food and at the end when they bring you your ticket. If you’re lucky, your food will be garnished with a cockroach. We used to eat there 2-3 times a week. When we showed them the insect, they made nothing but excuses. They lost all our future business.

There was a mixup between the waitress and hostess where they thought we were taken care of, but neither of them had. And we were in the back out of the way, so it took a while for them to realize it. But once they noticed that we hadn’t been served the food came out fast, it tasted great, and they gave us a free appetizer! I highly recommend the pollo azteca!

Our favorite restaurant in Macon! Super friendly staff, gorgeous atmosphere, and we love that it is downtown! The chips and salsa are always top notch and my favorite dish is the Fajita Quesadilla! It’s a huge serving, available with steak or chicken, and packed with peppers and onions! If you’re in Macon and looking for a bite to eat, check out this cool and tasty place!

Absolutely the worse service tonight. Waitress asked what drink. I said Sprite. She brought sweet tea. I asked to exchange it. She was annoyed. Food cane out. No silverware. She watched me as she was setting down eating to go to another table to get our silverware. All three waitresses sat at and our waitress only came back to give tge check. Would not eat here. Food was great, but service ruined it.
