Chick-fil-A

I had several visits where they got my order wrong; either charge me for a meal when I just wanted a sandwich and a drink or I would order something and they didn't charge me at first and asked me to pay again. They offer nothing for the inconvenience and frustration for the simplest task you could have in food industry which is taking the order from the customer. Food is great, if only the employee's competence matched their food quality.

Used the drive through. The service was quick, friendly and efficient even with a decent line of cars. The only downside to this Chick-fil-A is their minimal space causing the drive thru line to feed into the road. I wouldn't hold that against the staff here. Also, on the plus side if the line stays you can get back on the road fairly easy on the other side.

I will never come back to this place again. I used the app to redeem a Free Reward and ordered biscuits. After waiting more than 30 minutes with nothing coming out, I finally asked what was going on. Apparently, the only thing that went through in their system was BBQ sauce. Seriously — how many people walk into a restaurant and order just BBQ sauce? What made it worse was that the staff at the counter didn’t offer a single word of apology. That tells me this kind of sloppy management is probably normal here. If you’re not capable of running a business properly, offering a “Free Reward” program is actually counterproductive. All it does is create more customers who never want to return to your brand. As of today, I’m one of them.

⏰ Ordered breakfast before 10:30am 🚗 Was already in the drive-thru ❌ Order canceled anyway because “breakfast ended” So you’ll take my order, make me wait in line, and then pull it back just because your system flipped? That’s wild. If there’s a cutoff, stop taking orders — don’t punish customers for being in your line. Bad service. Wasted time. Not the Chick-fil-A experience it claims to be. 👎🍟

First off, WE LOVE CHICK-FIL-A! This location is a walk-up carry out or drive thru. The drive thru has two lanes, and the pace moves pretty well. Expect longer lines around lunch and dinner times. Everyone is hungry. This location does get pretty busy. The staff we always interact with are always friendly with a smile. They did forget to give us a second straw, but they probably overlooked due to how busy they were. The food was awesome, as always. Fries were hot and crispy, and the chicken sandwiches tasted great. The lemonade is the best on the island. Be sure to ask for more sauces or ketchup if you think you need it. Would definitely return to get our Chick-fil-A fix.
