Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

Since my first review, I've gone to Cheddar's several times more. This place is pretty awesome. I've had exceptional service in all three times I've gone. The staff are friendly, helpful and by god, they're on top of things. This most recent time when I went, there was an older man who lost his balance and fell into some things. At least a dozen staff rushed over. I thought that was incredible. The one downside I've found is that the food can be rather hit or miss. It is either very good or "just okay". Best dish there though has to be those honey butter rolls or the Santa Fe spinach dip. Seriously so good. Prices are fair, a little cheaper than some restaurants of the like, but also a bit more pricy than others. It is additionally VERY clean and the parking lot is super spacious outside.

I had some time to kill before my flight home. I dropped in for a bite to eat. The host was friendly and sat me down right away. The server was something different. I was about 1 minute away from walking out. I saw several servers walking to and fro helping customers. Finally one of the servers I seen walking around finally addressed me. She was neutral in her greeting, she took my order and left. Upon returning she brought my appetizer and drink. I was left with broken chips and needing a refill. My server brought my main course and asked if I needed more chips for my appetizer and a refill. I just said take the appetizer which was a waste. I ate the main course with the sever checking on me as I'm ready to pay and leave. I know everyone has off days but she should have stayed

I love the spasagna with chicken tenders! My favorite. Thanks for bringing it back. Their rolls are delicious. I had the Texas margarita 😋 And of course dessert! Thanks Olivia! You're an amazing server!

The food here was hot and fresh . It was very quite and peaceful if your with family . They give u croissants free they are pretty fancy.

Ive been here twice already. Love this place. The food is amazing. The staff is friendly and efficient. Food comes out hot and taste like good home-cooked meal.
