Caledonia Brewing

A breath if fresh air for my brewery experience as an ex-Zymurgist and BJCP Certified Judge. For the most part, nothing is sacred... like a Double Dry Hopped American IPA I saw recently, 5.2% abv and 54 IBU. THIS place has Classic Beer Styles faithfully represented. The Half Arse Scottish (I'd have done the Rat's Ass, but I'm driving).has a lightly sulfury note that resolves within ~8min. just like my pre-distillation 50:50 2 row pale and peated malt hopless brew. Nice space, not too much infrastrucutre so you are paying for their upfit. Polished concrete.floors, exposed rafters, did I mention the great beer? Not much for food, plenty of snacks. 7:30 is the witching hour for trivia, etc.. decent parking, all.on Main Street.

A great Brewery with a lot of choices for all craft beer lovers. Very friendly and helpful staff, thanks Josh. They have retro music video nights and trivia nights which are sooo much fun. Whenever my wife and I are in the area, we always make sure to come in and have a few beers.

Caledonia Brewing is on the Tag-a-Brew Trail. I was in the area and wanted to collect some tags and I had time to stop in for some. I ordered a flight, four in the flight, so I could try several different brews. The bartender was friendly and knowledgeable, and we talked about their beer and their place. I'm not sure if they had a food menu as I wasn't ordering any food on this stop. I would like to go again to try more!

Weekday happy hour (4 to 5pm) visit and wow, this place was hopping! it’s bigger than it looks from the outside. Great beers and they have a good selection of snacks and food. The bartenders are brilliant, too.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Caledonia Brewing is easily one of the best breweries in Florida! Amazing vibe, super friendly people, and incredible beer. Bucco Bruce and Modern Love were both outstanding. Love the atmosphere here — always feels like home in the heart of Dunedin. 🍻
