Burger King

Absolutely RUDE!!! The man could not understand what I was asking for at the drive through. Okay fine. He tells me to come to the window and order okay fine. Im asking for meals he's asking if I want meals. I ask for thr meal by menu number he still rings up what he wants. I asked for ketchup he said "you need to move I have line". Sir you asked me to come to the window and order. You are the one who made me pay more because you rung me up worms. I was not rude or nasty for any of it. Then you have the nerve to be mad when I asked for ketchup. Then I went in and asked for a manager and he refused. He had on no name tag so I took his picture. He needs to be coached on proper customer service.

One of the slowest locations in the city. Average time is 10 mins per car and I’m not exaggerating. So if you see a line, avoid at all cost. Ordering online ahead of time doesn’t help either. Probably severely understaffed, so I don’t blame the workers, but it is sooooooo slow. Also make sure they give you sauces for the nuggets. They will NEVER give you sauces unless you ask at the window. It’s not that they forget, it’s their policy to save money. They also don’t give napkins or ketchup.

Guys I would not recommend going to this Burger King, I ordered my food and it took forever. Ok cool. Gave my son his burger and when he opened it, we saw this mouse poop on the bread, I immediately took a picture and video and sent the food back and asked for a refund, due to it being a mobile order I was denied a refund, corporate provided me a free burger for the inconvenience, this establishment is very disrespectful as the manager refused to take accountability and hanged up the phone on me. McDonald’s is only a 3 min drive, I recommend going there. FOR YOUR SAFETY, do NOT GO HERE!

When I first went in, there were workers just sitting there, and no one was attending me. Even when I called and asked if anyone was around to help me. Then I go back about 2 hours later, and the guy (he had a drive thru headset) He told me to HAVE to order on the boards in there. So, I used my app, and the order was wrong. I tried to get onion rings and pay .75 extra. It put a whopper Jr. So I asked the manager (he has a different button-up). If he could fix it, he said no, and both men had attitudes! So I got my order and a white man come in and stand at the counter to order AND THEY TAKE HIS ORDER!! After rudly telling me to order at the board. So I said something. First of all, they not follow Burger King rules whatever showing app they don’t care manager have very bad attitude avoid this place I order large vanilla coffee, and I I got medium coffee when I talk to with them they said this one is large. I don’t know they’re thinking I’m stupid or they are stupid. another thing I buy a lot of places Burger King for this place really bad experience
