Hook & Reel Cajun Seafood & Bar

I got the seafood boil in their special hook and reel sauce in spicy. Personally thought it was salty so I’d recommend going for extra spicy if you like hot. We also got the crab bites, calamari, crabmeat roll and sweet potato fries which were all good. Alana was our server on Valentine’s Day. It was busy but she tried her best to ask us if we are okay and needed anything. She had a bright smile and brought good energy to the table!

My guy at age 45 never had crab legs before. So we did a date night for their all you can eat. The restaurant was well decorated. I loved being able to watch my Chiefs win on the big screen. As you walked in, all you saw was smiles on every staff. The manager, the waitress and other staffs were all so nice and lovely. The food was fresh and great quality. There were kids in the place but the noise was calm. They were too busy eating food. I would recommend this place. Already sent several menu picture to my friends in the area. All you can eat for $45.99 is a steal, especially in NYC, let alone all the crab legs. I am looking forward to my next visit. You want a clean, family friendly and great food, this is your place. Alana was a amazing server.she was friendly and very knowledgeable. Her customer service skills was on point. Getting my order right. Food and drinks was good, but I was disappointed that the all you can eat was no longer available.

ALANA is the best server ever!!!! She was the one who came up to us first to get us right. She has a bubbly energy and made sure we were good throughout our service. I️ will be back because of her. Thank you Alana!!!

Judah and Crystal were phenomenal! Top of the notch and very friendly. Crystal gave great food and drink options for the first time being here, will definitely be back!
