Vetro Restaurant & Lounge

We hosted our engagement party at Vetro about a year and a half ago, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The wine cellar downstairs was the perfect setting, and the staff made sure everything ran smoothly. We worked closely with John, who was incredibly thoughtful, respectful and always made sure we had everything we needed. Everyone was polite, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant, and the space itself was beautifully set. The food was what everyone kept talking about. Vetro Restaurant near JFK is an absolute gem. It’s rare to find a place that feels both upscale and genuinely family-run, but Vetro nails that balance effortlessly. The pistachio halibut was outstanding, and the linguine and clams were perfection the exact right blend of garlic, white wine, and briny sweetness. Every bite was balanced and full of flavor. The boys devoured the Tomahawk ribeye, which says everything you need to know about how well it was prepared. Service was incredibly warm and personal the kind where you feel like family the moment you sit down. Add in a thoughtful selection of wines and champagnes, and it makes for a truly exceptional dining experience. Highly recommended and a nice break from the busy NYC vacation.

Tonight some of the older ladies I worked with invited me out to this beautiful establishment. This wasn’t my first time here, it was my second and they never fail to amaze me! With it being a Wednesday, we had the prefixe menu and I must say everything we ordered fulfilled every expectation. Mario, our server was such a selfless soul and helped our dining experience be a memorable one! To tonight and many more times to come! 🥂

Food was absolutely amazing, atmosphere amazing, service top tier! This place is a must go to, I had the dry aged steak and it was the best steak I’ve ever had.

Vetro’s has a nice vibe. While we were waiting for our table we were in the lounge and started off our date night with nice drinks. Nice playlist by the DJ. The mussels from the appetizers menu were so good!! My lady enjoyed her seafood and I enjoyed my steak. Very reasonable price for everything. Shoutout to Teal for being a sweetheart and making sure we got some pictures taken to remember the night. We enjoyed our date night and definitely added it to our favorite restaurant list.
