This was my fifth time visit. I had an amazing experience here! The hotpot broth was rich and flavorful, and the BBQ meat was fresh and juicy. The staff were very attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was fun and lively, perfect for a group dinner. I’ll definitely come back again!
I love KPot. And I have been a fan since I stumbled across my first experience in Jacksonville Florida. KPot never disappoints me and I been to many locations. Jason at KPot Crossbay was such a vibe. He showed my son’s Grandma (first time experience) the whole KPot experience and he did not disappoint. He was very attentive and always checked on us. Which is great since the servers are not quite really serving lol. I am a fan for life. I love RAMEN!!
2nd time here and the food is always good and fresh. Spicy miso is 10/10 and so is Thai tom yum 10/0 spicy. Different food options for family dining or solo dining.
I had a great experience at K-Pop! Our server, Wei, was absolutely wonderful. He was so kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. His friendly personality really made the visit even better. Highly recommend this place — and if you go, ask for Wei!
This place can feel overwhelming at first because there are so many meat options—chicken, beef, lamb, pork—and even seafood like fish, scallops, squid, shrimp and calamari. There’s also a sauce station with just about everything you can think of. The explanations are available, and the staff is very helpful. Our server kindly showed us what to do and where everything was when we asked. There is a station with desserts and ice cream, as well as a selection of pre-cooked mostly deep-fried food for those who don’t want to wait. Personally, I love this place. It feels like your own little cooking class/school. You get to experiment without the hassle of shopping, cleaning, prepping, marinating, or cutting—it’s a great time-saver. It’s a perfect way to try out cooking in a fun, hands-on way. I
