Buffalo Wild Wings

Went there for date night. The wings were good and the black bean burger was good as well. Atmosphere was nice and calm and really enjoyed ourselves.

So approximately 4:30 this afternoon we arrived at Buffalo wild wings excited to try to cauliflower wings ,we stood at the door for approximately 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged Us by this time I got my own menus and was looking around for somebody to see us there was only one table in the building at the time so they weren't busy. Once we were seated it took another 20 minutes to get our drinks only one drink came at that time few minutes later about another 10 minutes I walked back by the bar and asked to get my other drink. The server didn't appear to be very confident or very knowledgeable she always had to go and ask the manager or something and the manager was beyond a terrible manager. Service was slow and inconvenient, simple as that. Waitress barely checks on me at all, forcing me to constantly wave for her attention, and even then there were still mistakes made with my order. Got an appetizer before my meal, and yet they were both brought out at the same time. It wasn't even busy either. Worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've been to yet.

We were seated quickly after entering. The music wasn't as loud as it was the last time I visited a Bufflo wild wings. We decided to eat here for the $9.99 bottomless appetizers. You can swap between 5 different kinds, and 4 people can share them. Each additional person is charged around $2.59. We sampled all the appetizers, and honestly, the queso dip and chips were the best. The fried pickles were bland due to lack of paprika or similar seasoning in the breading. Onion rings were decent but tasted like beer-battered, which isn't my preference. The chips and salsa weren't impressive, and the mozzarella sticks lacked seasoning. We did try the cheese curds. These were good! But again, we needed parsley or some sort of seasoning. With recent price hikes, companies seem to be cutting corners

11/16 edit: regarding this review I was contacted and given a food credit and told that this stores policy if the wings are tiny would be to compensate with extra wings. Specifically regarding the shrinkflation of their boneless wings is altogether insulting. Small wings are inevitable but tossing another in to balance out the portions should be expected. This location however seems to pride themselves in the lack of protein provided. Don’t believe me, see the literal quarter sized nuggets of “wings” we received this evening.
