Unreliable promotions and poor transparency They advertise promotions, but once you come to purchase, the price is increased without any clear explanation. There is no end date mentioned for the promotion, and the advertised price is not honored. This behavior shows a lack of trust and transparency in their promotions and creates a bad customer experience. I have attached photos showing the advertised offer and the actual price at the time of purchase. I do not recommend relying on their promotions. Always confirm the final price before buying.

Please respect your posted business hours. It says you close at 10 PM, and I left my workplace to come here. It’s 9:45 PM, and I’m sitting outside your store, but it’s already closed. If your hours say 10 PM, the store should close at 10 PM — not earlier. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I’m not sure if the manager is aware, but the staff seem to be closing the store before the posted closing time. I’d appreciate it if this could be addressed.

This is a true diamond in the rough. When we walked in the store the owner immediately greeted us. Upon learning we wanted to try the restaurant he offered us a free sample of falafel and hummus. We ordered several items including the Falafel sandwich, Idaqi Kabab sandwich, Shawarma Gyro, and Kefta sandwich. The flavor and spices were out of this world. All were divine. Service was fast. We were regularly checked on. The owner even gave us a tour before we ordered. He was very kind and truly wanted to ensure we were pleased. He recommended we try some of the desserts such as the Warbat. Definitely did not disappoint. We were greatly pleased and would highly recommend this tasty test. Also... #1 I had to wait 1 hour to get my order done. And they told me I would get it in 20 minutes which is straight cap. #2 The "restaurant" was dirty (the ground). #3 When I got my order my food was very cold how could I eat could meat? The only warm things were the fries and the Shish. #4 I asked them to put my Shawarma wrap on the grill after wrapped up but alas they didn't it. #5 The meat was chewy. The meat felt inedible. #6 food overpriced! To be honest the staff were nice all of them! If the food was warm I would give them 4 or 5 stars.

This place has great customer service and offers authentic traditional Mediterranean dishes which is rare to find in Central Ohio. I ordered a large tray of mansaf for a friends gathering and we absolutely loved it! The lamb was so tender and the creamy yogurt was perfect with its aromatic spices. It was delicious!
