We had an absolutely AMAZING experience on Sunday afternoon for brunch! It was so fun building our own customized Bloody Mary's and my husband opted for the Screwmosa which was delicious! The shrimp & grits had great flavor, although we did wish it had a bit more sauce. The biscuit was so fluffy and fresh, and the Cajun Benedict was quite literally perfect! The beignets we a nice sweet treat as well!
We visited Brick & Spoon twice, the weekend after New Years, and although it was extremely busy, the service we received from Alexis and Tristan was above and beyond! The wait time was minimal and well worth it. The food options are incredible, especially the fried green tomato's, eggs Benedict’s, pancakes, and grits. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the pigeon forge/ sevierville area. Thank you for the phenomenal service! We can’t wait to visit again next time we’re in town.
OMG~BRICK AND SPOON!! The service was excellent. Kim is friendly, attentive, and patient. I ordered the Bayou Benedict and it was INCREDIBLE. 😍 I wanted it deconstructed because I wanted something sweet, too. Kim brought a bit of strawberry marmalade and I put it on my fluffy biscuit. The hollandaise sauce was a tasty addition to my bowl of grits! The seafood sauce had shrimp and it was scrumptious. The poached eggs were prepared perfectly. I HIGHLY recommend this place. The 🌟 🤩 🌠 of the show was the Build Your Own BLOODY MARY!! Cheers!!
My pictures probably don't do this place justice... because we had already started chewing. The fried green tomatoes are thick cut goodness. Everything we had was delicious and the service was very welcoming. The chairs weren't comfortable, but that AIN'T stop a thang!! Check them out.
Went in at 8am seeking the famous Build Your Own Bloody Mary and I was NOT let down! It was spicy, the bacon was thick, and the presentation was lovely. Also, the Shrimp & Grits was marvelous! Service left nothing to be desired, we were very well tended to. 10/10 👌
