Conner Bowen is amazing to work with! He is very professional and takes his job seriously! He is enthusiastic about what he offers to students and their families. I have worked with Conner Bowen over the last year and he has been nothing short of amazing with my Dooly County High School students. He is always attentive and extremely helpful. Anytime I have a question, I’m able to call him directly and get an answer or receive an email. I get the same quality of service when calling the local office and speaking with a representative. I always receive top notch service and everyone is so kind. When presenting to my students, he always does an awesome job and gets the kids excited about their products. I am thankful to work with Conner and his staff and look forward to many more years to come.

Parents please make note when ordering clothing items. They will not issue refunds on unused clothing items. Please read return policy. I have lost $300 with this company. Thus is my child’s last year of school and he will not be able to wear items that was ordered due to them being too small. NO EXCHANGE! This place is a rip off. On top of prices being too high. Please seek other local stores for purchasing graduation items for your child. All I was asking was for a larger size. Even the sizing chart is off. You can go in a store that graphs and do much better. Especially with pricing.

They do an awesome job at Herff Jones. They will do whatever it takes to make things right and will come see you personally if needed. Conner Bowen and the other Bowen family do an excellent job, very friendly, and really makes the difference against other companies. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them.
