Boardwalk Pizzeria

I usually don’t leave reviews, but after a long fishing trip and craving a good thin crust brick oven pizza, this place hit the SPOT. Friendly and very helpful employees and a peaceful spot with a great view. 10/10!

Ordered a chicken, bacon ranch grinder with sweet potato fries from this restaurant. The overall grinder was good . It had a Hefty amount of bacon on it and plenty of lettuce and tomato. The Only thing I would suggest is to cut back on the seasoning they put on the chicken itself. There is Way too much on it making it super salty. Food was delivered to me by friendly staff.

We had a great dinner from Boardwalk pizza! We are locals visiting Niantic from NJ, and our Airbnb host recommended this place to us. The garlic knots were the best we’ve ever had, and we ordered the eggplant pizza which was one of the best we’ve ever had! The crust is thin and crispy which we love. The staff was also extremely kind. Highly recommend!

Great place for takeout. Visited a couple of times recently, once for pizza and again for one of their family takeout specials. Nice selection of pizzas. We like the thin crusts and the pizzas were well cooked and toppings all tasty. Family takeout special was chicken parmigiana, penne pasta (with red sauce), a nice green salad and garlic knots. Plenty of food for six adults, probably even eight. Everything was very good and we’ll definitely be back for more. Note there is no parking lot at the restaurant, so either need to grab one of the 5ish spots across the street or at a nearby lot. There is limited indoor seating but no AC so be warned on a hot summer day!

I went for the first time and got a veggie grinder and spinach and stuff salad and asked for balsamic instead of raspberry vin dressing. I got home and was quite honestly annoyed. The veggie grinder was just cheese, iceberg and tomatoes and the salad had raspberry vin. I called (and I was honestly pretty rude and steaming after a long day) and the guy on the other end was fantastic and said he would have the correct order delivered. Grinder was better, but salad had raspberry dressing poured all over it again, with the balsamic I asked for on the side. Such a bummer because the salad beneath the raspberry looks so good! I’m sure it’s a good place for some stuff, and I appreciate the “effort” to right the wrongs, but if you’re a vegetarian or have an allergy, try someplace else.
