Block Island Pizza Pie Company

We took a chance and got the Buffalo Pizza and we could only taste blue cheese. The cheese pizza was fine. The staff were nice. We were there around 5 or 6 pm and we waited about 20 mins. Overall, the place is fine for a slice of pizza.

I hate to leave less-than-good reviews, but have no choice here. It's pre-season on Block Island and, literally, no place was open for lunch except BI Pizza Pie. The food was fine, atmosphere also fine - nothing spectacular or horrible either way. Why 2 stars, you ask? We ordered 2 small pizzas (they're personal sized, slightly smaller than a dinner plate), 1 veggie wrap (lettuce, tomato, onion, bell peppers), a salad (lettuce, one tomato, onions), 2 Corona and an iced tea. It cost SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS! Yes, 75 American dollars! I live in Newport, which no one would consider cheap, and I'm all too happy to pay for an exceptional meal. But this wasn't it. When the cashier gave me the total I was stunned and thought there must have been a mistake. He was very polite and went over the order

My boyfriend and I are gluten free and the first time we got pizza from them they barely cooked it. Hoping for a better outcome the second time but we were disappointed with the same out come. :( Employee was also very rude when we asked for them to cook it a little longer and it came back out basically looking the same.

This place has the most delicious pizza. I almost ate it all in one sitting. Great dough, crushed tomatoes, great seasonings. I had fresh roasted red peppers, onions and pepperoni. It was so good. Man....I can still taste it!!!

AMAZING food! Made fresh to order with friendly staff and a great location. We had their meatball sandwich and cheese burger pizza. All delicious and available during the off season. I will definitely be going back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for great, local pizza!
