The Old Post Office Bagel Shop

Place was great. They took our order fast and we’re very friendly. Our coffees came out in less than a few minutes and then the sandwiches were pretty soon thereafter and they were very good only critique on the sandwiches is that they toast the bagel a little more

This place is always a must-visit during my trips to Block Island! The bagels are the freshest on the island. Great quality, fast service, and consistently reliable. Definitely recommend it for a quick breakfast stop! I’m also glad they’ve brought back the lunch sandwiches. Perfect snack for the beach!

This is a go-to breakfast and lunch spot because it often has a much shorter wait than other options. The egg and cheese on a bagel is consistently good as is their cold brew. The gigantic muffins they serve are also a big hit for us; the blueberry and mixed berry ones were particularly excellent. We’ve also tried the shop for lunch. The pesto chicken wrap was a favorite, and the chipotle chicken wrap was good too. The staff are helpful and friendly. The shop does have a restroom, but it is behind the counter and tucked into a hallway, so it’s necessary to ask to use it, but the staff said yes every time anyone from our group asked. For folks visiting by bike, there is a rack right near the entrance to the shop. If that one is full, then the rack by the grocery store usually has space.

I was actually very pleasantly impressed with the bagels. I liked them and thought that they could compete with bagel shops in New York. Nice selection of other breakfast items for people who want something else. Coffee was decently good as well. Expect the lines of course.

My go to spot for a quick breakfast and coffee on my way into work. Great selection of bagels and breakfast sandwiches and friendly staff. Don’t sleep on the lunch menu either! Had their chicken pesto sandwich for the first time today, 10/10.
