Biggby Coffee

Yesterday me and my daughter went to the Manistee mi biggby, I am a regular customer btw and usually I get amazing service and always tip, well yesterday a girl named Macy was working and I ordered 2 large iced cofffee's oat milk in both and extra sugar, she brought me 2 black iced coffees no oat milk I was charged for and absolutely not even a grain of sugar. She hands them to me and slams the window shut. I waited almost 10 mins before I honked and I politely told her the issue, she acted like she didn't even want to deal with it, but she took the. Back and came back again the coffees were the same and she was so RUDE , I said no thanks here are the coffees and I handed it back, and I told her just to refund me. No "I am sorry" NOTHING!!!! This place has gone downhill since opening. They have not made my order correctly the last four visits. This time was the last straw. They rush me every time even when I’m the only car in line. At one point I ordered 2 iced coffees that were different flavors. They put all the syrups for both flavors in one drink and none in the other. I know the employee knew they only had flavoring in one drink and yet still chose to give it to me. Today I asked for an ICED butter bear. What I was handed was a HOT drink. I was so disgusted I didn’t even argue as I will not be back anyways. Probably a bad time to start sucking when the competition is opening across the street.

Everytime we come here now there’s a stipulation. Last time it was that we couldn’t order bagels, they take too long. Today it’s a minimum of 4 drinks. I ask if there’s coffee in something because it’s for a child and the girls response was “we ain’t Starbucks, we put coffee in everything.” I’m not sure why there’s now an attitude served with our food, but it sounds like we need a different place to visit every weekend for our pup cups. You all need to act better. The attitude and stupid stipulations makes this place not even worth coming to anymore.

The two girls on shift today 8-19-25 had such great vibes making conversation and complimenting my Sonny angel and on top of that this is probably the best matcha I’ve had from there and it’s my regular order !!!

Very disappointed in the service I was even asked if I knew what was in the coffee I wanted when it was on the sign. Then I was told that when ordering more than 3 drinks I have to order online bc there are only 2 people inside. Thankfully this wasn't my first Biggby coffee because if it was I'd never go again. Being disrespected by a waiter because she can't find something or doesn't see something isn't no way right. I expect to be treated the way I would treat someone else and I was being patient with her trying to help her by reading her the sign in front of me. Very unhappy with this Biggby .
