This place is great! and the owner Sue came out to talk to us to make sure our food was meeting our expectation, and it was well over our expectation! The food is great! We ordered the Cashew stir fry with white rice, fried rice, and had Drunken Noodles to go. That's how good their food are. This is going to be my new favorite place. The staff are very friendly and we are very happy to found Rice & Shine asian kitchen! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing food, great staff in a spot that is a little hard to find but super worth it! Ive had the Drunken Noodles, Thai Basil Fried Rice, Cashew Chicken, and they have all been fantastic! I also get the Baby Chicken Egg Rolls every-time I go! Overall good prices, and great food!

Authentic thai delicacy! Very delicious and their staff were super friendly. I love the veggie roll, beef pho, and their chicken satay. We ate twice here during our stay at manistee, very lucky that it was also at our hotel, econolodge manistee. The chicken ginger soup on our breakfast also super delicious. I missed it already! Hopefully we can come back again on another trip. 🥰

I don't give five stars freely, especially to Asian restaurants which are my favorite. This little place has been open since last September. The owners Tom and Sue are excellent chefs and it's a hidden gem! Although they bill themselves as a kind of Thai place, this is really Asian fusion with a lot to offer, especially their pho Vietnamese soup. It's not easy to make pho right and Sue has got a recipe that is a little off the beaten track. It is Savory and rich as you would expect from a bone broth soup but it also has a lot of extra little spices in it that make it special. They're Pad Thai is fantastic and I'm looking forward to trying "one of each" on my many visits from Ludington . Great job guys! We are glad to have you in the area, there is a darth of good authentic Asian food

The food is great. The pho is classic- broth is great, could use some extra vegetables, but thats my preference. The appetizers have great flavor. 100% worth the bad service Lets talk service: The service is very much sub par. I know staffing is hard but a there is some training needed. (No Problem means you have a problem with what I just ask for.) The server should also be friendly and not stand offish. The server was so far away from the table trying to take our order that we had to raise our voices to order. Felt bad for the table next to us.
