Ben & Jerry’s

Came with my girl to get vanilla ice cream, which I usually always get. I’m not a big ice cream guy, but when I do get ice cream, it’s vanilla all the way. Anyway, to cut to the point, I got my ice cream and it didn’t taste like vanilla; it tasted spoiled. I only took two small licks with the spoon to make sure I wasn’t going crazy and even told my girlfriend to try it, and she said, yeah, it doesn’t taste right. I went back and explained what happened, but they didn’t really help. The girl with the tattoos was there, and I asked if I could get another one, but I still had to pay. It’s not like I wanted to get free ice cream, I just wanted another flavor. I feel like the service could have been better, like helping me out or checking the temperature on the ice fridge, or maybe someone leav

There are a lot of flavors and the ice cream is pretty fresh, although it was a little bit hard. I would definitely recommend getting a chocolate dipped waffle cone which was absolutely delicious. The location is also convenient, as it is just a short walk from other restaurants in Sarasota. There are also nice benches and seating outside as well.

Staff was nice, but there was only one member of the staff on cashier and serving so it's not a personalized treatment per customer. You are basically forced to pay extra for a different cone because the icecream servings are huge compared to the cone so if you stick to a normal one your icecream will drip. Milkshake was good but we were not offered a different of milk other than whole. We had to sit in an area that has tables but they use it as storage room. Overall the icecream was worth it.

Ben and Jerry's never disappoints. Delicious ice cream to top off our night.

Super complicated flavors made from real cream and delicious ingredients. You can never go wrong with a Ben & Jerry's ice cream cone. Loved the big wooden swing you can sit on outside this small location in downtown Saratoga! Order the Tonight Dough, it was the best!
