Beedos

We are visiting the area from Michigan. Someone mentioned Beedos so we wanted to try it. What a great place! We had the breakfast sandwich and a burger. All of the food was fresh and tasty. The flavors melded well and were unique without being odd. The service was friendly and the restaurant was neat and clean. If you are in the area, definitely stop!

Best chicken sandwich ever! Fried bologna good too! Wish we had went here for dinner. Atmosphere is like a local favorite place. Not fancy. Look for it or you will miss it! Outdoor tables.

This is my absolute favorite place to eat! The hot honey chicken sandwich, fried flounder, and bacon ranch fries are our GO TO. The fries are always cooked to perfection and the oil always tastes clean (the food is never dripping in oil or soggy). Their butterfly pea lemonade is so good, but so if their coffee. Do not forget to get a chocolate chip cookie, it’s worth the $3 I promise. Inside is nice and cold, but they do have beautiful outdoor seating. I love the kids area with toys and books that they provide. Definitely dine in if you want to try this place because the atmosphere truly feels like family. And the workers are amazing, huge thank you to Mackenzie and Kevin for always going above and beyond when taking care of my family we appreciate you both.

We got the fried shrimp basket, and my side order was macaroni , a generous amount! Soul food macaroni . (17$) And the fried shrimp & grits platter, came with jalapeno hush puppies ,coleslaw ,(22$) It was super delicious! The shrimp was fresh ! Parking , watch for washouts on gravel roads . Yes there is a bathroom inside . A little crowded inside and the decor and music could be updated . But the food makes up for it I promise 😉 They do have some shakes and malts but we didn't try this time .

Along an un assuming stretch of highway is one of the best burger joints I've ever eaten. Burgers taste like beef; the fries are hot & fresh and the coleslaw is really good. Hard to find these days. And in spring there's a great pick-your-own strawberry place called Dempsey just up the road. Same with tomatoes in summer too.
