Need better training for the youngsters at this location. Milkshakes do not come so thick it will not come out of cup. The shake is not even filled to the top line. Always in a rush and when you ask for extra toppings a you will pay for more, they look at you like your crazy.
Staff was very kind and courteous to us. Honestly, I prefer Brusters, but this was a nice change. We enjoyed our visit
Went yesterday for the 31% special on the 31st of the month. Double scoop servings not full scoops for $4.74. They must make up for the special by reduction of scoop size.
Love the ice cream but they really need an better training for the kids that work here. Summer gets really busy and it can be overwhelming for them. Waited in drive through for 20 minutes.
Was refused service because we have a service dog. My wife and I have both had strokes. Nothing posted about service dogs and our dog is well mannered and doesn't cause any issues. I will Never be back. Sorry place to operate. Happened 5-24-25
