Banana Winds Bites & Grind

Stopped by for breakfast food this morning. The bacon, egg and cheese croissants were Delicious. It's a beautiful, clean establishment and the staff are amazing. Very relaxing atmosphere. Most of the decor is designed and painted by one of the owners. It just opened but they are in their groove already. I'll definitely go back. My kids ate their breakfast in milliseconds .

Absolute hidden gem!! I’m so happy I found them!! I’m obsessed with their food menu and the refreshers are my absolute favorite!! Way better than the ones I’ve had at Starbucks! My kids were so happy to try the dirty sodas and refreshers! Our family will definitely be regulars here!! Can’t wait to try it all!!

The girls and I stopped here before a beach wedding! Everything was Perfect. If you’re in the area don’t miss this gem!

My husband and I stopped by here for a quick breakfast and coffee before heading out of town, and we were met with excellent service! I was excited to try one of the Valentine's Latte specials - Box of Chocolate iced latte - it was absolutely delicious! Perfect amount of sweet and coffee! I also enjoyed the hot ham and cheese croissant, which had a delicious aioli. My husband had the chai latte and the sausage, egg, cheese everything bagel with bacon added to it, and he said it was very good! The owners were very sweet and attentive. 10/10 recommend!

Kathleen and Dave are back! There is a hole in my heart (and stomach) after Cracker's closed, but Banana Winds helps the hurt. Different menu and vibe, but same local awesomeness. Delicious (breakfast and lunch) sandwiches, fresh pastries, and a variety of coffees. A must-stop while at the Cape!
