Typically patient and understanding but this feels intentional. 3rd time in a row my order is messed up. I asked for 2 burgers with no pickle extra onion and get less than the standard amount of onion? Thats a clear i dont care about your money you worked to spend here or intentional against me. Either way very unprofessional and you will leave dissapointed.

Been two+ years since I was here. Has been upgraded and redone inside. Very nice. Employee's were friendly and helpful. Also happy, nice to see. Awesome food of course and root beer was top notch. Will be back again, hopefully sooner than last time.

Im going to start this off by saying I never write bad reviews, it truly takes a lot to push me over the edge. But there are a few things that do, being disrespected is one. I walked in and ordered a burger without sauce. It came out with sauce, no big deal. Went up to the counter to be greeted with disgust. Told her politely that I ordered without sauce and was hoping to get a plain one. Where she rudely replied that "Im the one that took your order and you didnt but whatever" (she wasnt the one who did but okay) proceeded to tell the kitchen to make me a plain burger with bacon (which i didnt order either but whatever. Ignored me and was just simply rude. I did leave mad, and honestly cussing. It just felt like a slap in my face at the end of the day.

Order a kids plane hamburger and fries. Got a cheese burger. No special for a kids meal. Also ordered 2 plane cheese burgers. I have never had such bad service as of today!!! Order all mixed up . And the food was different like old. Sorry we live here all year round and this was the worst!!

I only ordered soda, but they were very helpful and nice while preparing 3 gallons of root beer for me to take home. Yes, they sell it by the gallon in heavy duty plastic bags!
