I met Jill at a festival, bought two of her sourdough loaves and became hooked. She is an incredibly baker, her loaves have a yummy chewiness to them with a pleasant tang that's balanced by a slightly bitter, yet deliciously chewy crust. We've signed up for a weekly subscription, and are utterly hooked!
