Arby's

Although i LOVE Arby's....food quality, preparation, and service is sub-par to say the least at the Security Blvd/Rolling Rd location. I live in the area about 10 minutes from this store and would frequent this location often. But after getting home and opening my food....too many times my fries were hard & cold, my sandwich flattened, bun not toasted, chicken tenders hard as rocks as if they had been nuked too long, mozzarella sticks with no marinara (why should you have to ask for that)and my diet dr. Pepper tasted like alka seltzer... so I stopped going to this location. Tonight i rolled the dice and stopped here around 9pm....spent over $25 and the cashier was literally handing my bag out the window before i could pull up to the window to pay. Yall don’t understand English it’s been multiple times yall have given me a small when I paid for a large and now yall wanna give me lemonade instead of tea? Like is yall cool? Imma be up there tomorrow on Saturday November the 22 to get my free drink bc this lemonade taste like yall done put bleach in it thanx now I gotta spend $20 more just for drinks

My 1st time at Arby's. I saw the steak nuggets on the internet and became interested. They are dry, too salty, just plan not good tasting, and the fries were room temperature immediately after purchase 👎🏼. I will not be returning. The customer service in the drive through was excellent. 5 🌟

I stopped at Arby’s on my lunch break thinking it would be a quick bite. Big mistake. The line wasn’t long, but it still took forever to get my order. When the food finally came, my sandwich was a mess—soggy bun, barely any meat, and it tasted like it had been microwaved. The curly fries, which I was actually looking forward to, were cold and limp. To top it off, the cashier got my drink wrong twice, and when I asked about it, they acted like I was the problem. The whole place felt run-down, with dirty floors and a weird smell that made me wonder if the kitchen was any better. I left hungry, annoyed, and feeling like I wasted both time and money

I went to Arby’s thinking I’d get something quick and decent, but it turned into one of the most frustrating fast food stops I’ve had. I ordered a roast beef sandwich and curly fries, pretty simple. After waiting way too long at the counter, the sandwich finally came out cold, the bun was stale, and the meat looked like it had been sitting for hours. The fries were soggy and greasy, not crispy at all. To make it worse, the drink machine was out of half the flavors, and when I asked if they could refill the tea, the staff just shrugged. The whole place felt unclean, with sticky tables and trash overflowing. I ended up tossing most of the food because it just wasn’t appetizing. Definitely not worth the money—I won’t be going back
