Terribe Applebee’s Experience I need to share my recent visit to Applebee’s, which was honestly disappointing. Here are the specifics: - Service: Took over an hour for food for 3 people. The server kept saying, “the food is coming,” but the wait never improved. - Insects: Gnats were noticeable during the meal, which was off-putting and unsanitary. - Drinks: My Pina Colada arrived yellowish, which didn’t look appealing and raised doubt about freshness. - Food quality: - Mashed potatoes: Tasteless. - Chicken: Over-seasoned, not enjoyable. - Fries: Fries were hard and overcooked, adding to the dissatisfaction. - Presentation: Food presentation was not enticing or appealing. Bottom line: The experience was far from satisfactory, it was darn right terrible particularly given the wait time, c

Good food and nice service. Was easy to get into and everything looked clean. The booths were a bit small but we just moved to a high top and that was fine.

I’m not sure why this location has negative reviews because my family and I had a great experience. The food was delicious and well-seasoned, and the service was excellent. Our server, Raven, was very polite and attentive, making sure we were completely satisfied. An 18% gratuity was added, and it was absolutely deserved—I even added an extra tip because everything was wonderful. 10/10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Food Ordered: Chicken Pasta with Garlic Bread, Steak/Mash Potatoes/Broccoli & Chicken Tenders with fries.

Went there for lunch, party of 2. We arrived at 12:50p and were immediately at a high top near the bar. Bar was busy, all seating area taken. The rest of the restaurant wasn’t too busy and yet a server never came. The bartender noticed we were looking to get someone’s attention and he came out from behind the bar apologized and took our order. I’d say this was around 1:05p Drinks came out almost immediately but our food (which was a burger and appetizer platter) didn’t come out until 1:55p! The bartender apologized stating the kitchen was backed up but it was hard to see how that was if it wasn’t busy. There was a lot of staff and hard to tell what their role was. Some seemed to be unloading boxes near the large TV area. I can’t imagine how long it’d take to be served dinner on a Friday/w

wish we saw this sign sitting on the side of the computer where nobody is standing, because our server, Mikela W, did not try the entire time. did not work for the tip. and all four of us had our items sent to our table incorrectly multiple times, and we still had to tip her $24 required. what a waste and terrible experience. don’t be sorry just do better. two of four of the people at our table actually serve for an applebees for 2+ years and know how stuff goes while our server ARGUED with us loudly while walking off when we pointed out that things were missing for our drinks, even when it was stated on the menu. whole time she knew she was getting paid so she didn’t want to fix it. I’d never eat here again if i knew i’d get tipped no matter what i guess i wouldn’t try at my job either! a
