I deliver for Uber Eats in the area. I’ve picked up quite a few orders from this location. I’ve noticed drivers leaving with food, just to bring the food back in there. Food safety would tell them to remake the drink/food, but no. They just set the food and drinks aside for the next courier. I’ve noticed a customer complaining about getting the wrong order of fish. She opened the item, picked it up with her hands, etc. The cook took the fish from the woman’s plate, and placed it for another customer. I have been encouraged to not eat from this restaurant!

I recently had a terrible experience at the Red Snapper restaurant, which left me feeling extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with their food and service. I ordered a breaded chicken sandwich to-go and was excited to try it when I got home, but when I opened the container, I found that the chicken patty was burnt, rock hard, and clearly days old. I immediately returned to the restaurant to express my disappointment and was told that they would remake the sandwich for me. I was grateful for the gesture and took the new sandwich home, hoping for a better experience this time around. Price - Beware of the almost 30% markup on delivery. Other than that normal pricing which is scary cheap. 3/5 Customer Service - Ordered Watermelon Crush... they gave me Fruit Punch. Red Snapper seems almost like Catfish. Philly Steak doesn't already come with fries or drink. I would say when I first walked in the place was clean and the guy at the register was friendly. I was in town visiting family and wanted to try some place new. I ordered a catfish nugget and shrimp combo. I got it back and the fish was not edible because it was fried too hard and not at all seasoned well. I called immediately to let them know and they said a new order would be ready in 5 minutes. I returned only to be told they could no remake my food without providing the original meal. However no one told me I needed to bring the old food back. It was in the trash where it rightly belonged. They said that was company policy and initially gave me a really hard time.
