Panera Bread

The Matteson store is my store. I always have a 5 star experience. I love the food, daily sip club and rewards. My staff work hard and are always so pleasant and aware of my favorites. My All star team Gabby, Mia, and Kay are wonderful staff as well as drive through staff Noemi and other long term staff. They know me by name and my orders. I love that.

Go so and the crew were super cool with us and our business associates. Had a couples meetings there this week with some tough weather and they totally were hospitable, great breakfast foods and coffee. Kinda the perfect chill during stressful weather and work. Always appreciate a place that goes the extra mile for their customers. Rare these days.

I paid $20.22 for soup and a sandwich. Panera is charging $12 for a Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich, which barely had any turkey on it, smh. Do better as a company, give customers the value for which we are paying. High price and barely any food. I've ordered this sandwich many times over the years and never received a flat empty sandwich like the one I received last night. Won't be going back.

Ariana is awesome! She was super accommodating and made sure customers got exactly what they needed. She was positive and friendly even though it was busy, and she was willing to help out wherever she could. She made the whole experience better for everyone.

Difficult to get past the crunchy crust, dried ham and glob of salty béchamel on this poor excuse for a croque monsieur. It would be one thing if it was cheap and fast. But yall charge $10 for a sandwich that’s missing bread and then burnt the bread that was left; and made me wait +10 minutes for this. If I wasn’t starving and needed to take medicine with food I would have thrown it in the trash. Because that’s what this was. Y’all out here selling garbage with terrible service. My husband told me to stop going to this location because it’s always the same. I agree with him now since they have run out of good graces with me. Don’t waste your time and money.
