I got a large deep dish pizza delivered yesterday and it was warm by the time that it got to me. The pizza was under an inch thick, barely had any cheese or sauce on it. I used to frequently eat at the other location before it moved. It was the first time ordering from this new location and I can’t believe that they’d let something like this leave the restaurant, a deep dish pizza as thin as my pinky finger 😡

Ordered two lunch special 6 inch deep dish and the power went out but the Manager Nicole called me a few mins later and still got me my pizza !

I placed a order for the Tavern pizza half garlic, green pepper and sausage. It's crispy,it needs more sauce ,has no flavor and it taste 🥵 burnt.

We were in Chicago for a wedding and HAD to have some pizza before heading back home. Giordanos was the choice but wish we had gone with another option (Italian Fiesta) which we had heard about but thought our choice was a sure thing. NOT! I hate going into a restaurant and being met with cleaning supplies. The broom and dustpan were stashed right next to the hostess podium. After being overlooked, apparently, and "asking" to be seated, the hostess said, "I was just about to ask if you were dining in." It took a while, yawl! We were seated and ordered Parmesan fries (DELICIOUS X100)! WOW! The pizza??? NOT so much! Our first order (which took 45 minutes to prepare; that's not a complaint. We knew how long it would take but expected it to be worth the wait). It did not come as ordered! Spi

We ordered a medium deep dish pizza for take out and the pizza was fresh and tasty, however, I'm not sure if mozzarella cheese was used to make our pizza because the texture and appearance of the cheese was very unlike mozzarella; no stretch or stringyness. ???
