February 7, 2026, 1:45 PM First I walk in there’s two hostesses The smaller one had a runny nose and she’s just ran her whole palm up her nose and then didn’t even wash her hands. I asked the other one if if I could sit at the bar, she said yes Gave me a menu and silverware, and did not walk me into the bar room. Alexis was the bartender. First off she had a sour face she was moving like a turtle that didn’t even wanna be at work. I told her I have a little time between clients. Can I order really quick so I can leave? I ordered a soup, salad and a Coke Took forever for her to bring that out with some breadsticks and time was running short The soup was burnt The salad was soggy I never got a refill on soup, salad, or Coke She never offered me any coffee or dessert The only thing Alex

My disabled father had a last-minute request on Valentine’s Day—he wanted me to order and pick up dinner for him and my mother. What started off a little rocky turned out to be a great experience in the end! When I arrived at Olive Garden’s OG to GO parking area, there were over 20 cars trying to squeeze into just eight pick-up spots. Instead of waiting in my vehicle, I went inside, where I ended up waiting about 40 minutes. Despite the chaos, I have to give major credit to the staff—they were working hard and handling everything with determination. We ordered a VERY large meal, and every single item was in our bag, cooked to absolute perfection. My parents are extremely hard to please, but this meal exceeded expectations. It was a lazy Sunday, in regard to no cooking. I decided to take the family out for dinner. They offered the never ending pasta bowl. Sounded great. Well all things never ending... some should. We all ordered different match ups of the pastas being offered. No matter the combinations - it was all equivalent and very comparable to microwavable meals in the frozen section at the local low scale grocery or hospital in patient quality. Not memorable. Not tasteful; yes we added extra seasoning and that bland cheese they offer to spruce it up. Nothing helped. Noodles looked as if they were prepared for awhile, just rewarded in the rewarded sauce. Unlimited breads ticks paired well with the free water, not the meal. The salad.... tasted like Salad Express but what can you do at this point. First

I am currently sitting in my vehicle waiting for my curbside order no-one has come to my car to bring my food out even though it was stated my food is ready for pick up. Several people in the curbside has gotten out their car and received their order but only after going in it defeats the purpose of curbside. I gave one star for the very nice lady who answered the phone and assisted me she was very kind and helpful

Great dining experience as we celebrated our dear mother's birthday. Food was delicious and well prepared. The service was fantastic and even the manager stopped by our table for small talk. Making our entire dining experience exceptional! Thank you Olive Garden! Keep it up!
