Aerie House

We loved our stay at Aerie House! The space was comfortable, beautiful, and having our own private deck was such a treat. Steve and Dave were exceptional hosts—so warm and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and the convenience of having bikes available. Can’t wait to come back!

Lovely stay at Aerie House a few weeks ago. Ample parking and easy access via Dyer St to Commercial. The room we chose was more than ample, and the bathroom was lovely. The pillows could use a refresh. The hot tub and outside deck are great and the breakfast was decent. One thing to note is the stairs to most of the rooms are VERY steep, so I would not recommend a second floor room for anyone with any kind of mobility or vertigo issues.

Provincetown is one of the top places to visit if you vacation with your dogs. We found the Aerie House a few years ago and was fortunate to have been able to stay at their Beach House condo, which is where Steve and Dave are now building their own dream home. The Aerie House on Bradford Street is a perfect B&B - quaint, comfortable, and wonderful breakfasts served buffet style daily. We would be heading back there next month if we weren’t headed to Europe instead. We love the hospitality and having our dogs welcomed into their home is part of why we come back. We love P-town and the Aerie House.

My first time to Provincetown. Aerie House was in a GREAT location to the main eateries, activities, etc. Steve recommended the dunes tour - FAB and the best place to see sunset (spot on)! and helped with all of our questions. I loved that there were bikes available - very bikeable area. The breakfast had a variety of choices including hot dishes. Stayed in Room 6 and loved having the private deck to sit on (although no great view of the water); upper deck (open to everyone) had amazing views.

First time up in Ptown and it was an incredible time and experience had, more so as well due to the fantastic accommodations had at the Aerie House! This very cute and charming house had everything my husband and I needed for our getaway and it offered fantastic amenities. Definitely a fan of the complimentary daily morning breakfasts offered. The owners are a fantastic duo and extremely nice and great to speak with. At the end of an exciting and long day out exploring, we could always count on coming back to a nice relaxing room to unwind. Location wise it’s also very close to commercial street where all the action lives here. So many other great places nearby which makes Aerie House a great center point to be at. Will definitely plan on coming back to Ptown as well as considering Aerie H
