Aerie Bed & Breakfast

My husband and I just recently stayed here and would 100% stay again! The hosts Beth and John were both amazing. Beth entertained us with fun interesting facts about the Inn and the surrounding area, gave great recommendations on restaurants and was just one of the most pleasant people I have ever met.All the rooms were so clean and very well maintained. And breakfast was super delicious. We also enjoyed meeting the feathered residents Kevin and Steve!! Cant wait to stay again♡

You must stay here! I have been a local and grown up in area. However, this is my first time being able to experience the New Bern area without having to drive back home end of day. Simply put, an incredible experience! The owners and staff were extremely welcoming, it felt like staying with a friend. The location is perfect if you want to be in walking distance of the downtown. The breakfast alone makes this a worthy choice to stay, and the room itself matches this level of excellence. I stayed in the Charlotte suit. Good sound proofing for a quite experience. It has a great view which is perfect if you have a book you have been wanting to dive into. Without a doubt returning for a future stay!

This is an amazing place to stay. The place is just beautiful and full of character. The breakfasts are absolutely delicious, as is the coffee, and the hosts are charming and so friendly. Also a super location. I didn't have a car and walked everywhere in no time! I will be back!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The building is beautiful. The hosts was extremely helpful. My husband has celiac. They were very careful to ensure his breakfast was gluten free. The sitting area outside was so peaceful and beautiful. They also have to most adorable kitty that makes guest feel very welcome. They are located within walking distance of everything we needed. We will be back

Very friendly staff and owners, lovely immaculate rooms, great location, delicious breakfast. We've stayed twice, both times at Christmas. New Bern is decorated for the holiday, and has a lot to offer. Great restaurants, lots of shops, farmer's market, antique stores. A great place to spend a long weekend. The Aerie is an easy walk from downtown. We'll be back again!
