We are from out of town and wanted to explore some eatery. We found this bakery on social media video and decided to check it out. The staff is friendly and worked really quick to get your order completed. The price is very affordable (compared to our hometown MN)!! We bought the steam BBQ Pork bun, baked BBQ pork, eggrolls, and shrimp balls. They are delicious. They didn't cheap out on the meat in the steam buns too. It's a good ratio of meat vs bun bread. I knew this place would be really good since there is a line and the signs are all handwritten 😂 (tells me it's not a bougie bakery with overpriced food).
Kind of pricey for mom and pop shop. They only take debit card. 2 cup cakes, 3 egg rolls, 2 shrimp balls and 6 veggie rolls for $25 Cupcake and egg rolls were good but don’t recommend deep fried veggie roll. Too greasy.
Amazing Chinese bakery and worth the hype in my opinion! Their dim sum is hot and great. The pineapple bun with bbq pork is a nice combo of sweet and salty and I love their cupcakes! Mochi with custard and sesame balls are delicious too. Nice staff and the line moves fast.
I visited the ABC Bakery and it did.not disappoint. Instead, it surprised me that there was not a line of people "Out- of-the-Door", as I found in all of my previous visits. You can get all of the classic dim sum pasteries: shrimp dumpling (har kow), pork dumpling (sui mai), baked bbq pork bun were my choices. The bakery also carries: Portuguese custard tarts, sweet rice cakes, bbq black bean tiny ribs, the steamed bbq pork bun, sticky sweet red bean sesame balls, sticky pork turnover, and a new addition homemade moon cakes to celebrate New Year! Flat entry, plenty of parking, not venue for dine in / only take out. Good pricing for hand made dumplings. * More photos of the pasteries on the rereview
Came in Saturday morning around 10am and the wait time was about 15 minutes, which wasn’t too bad. They have a good selection of food, including some interesting items I haven’t seen at other places. I tried the steamed rice noodles, but it wasn’t what I expected. The meat wasn’t rolled into the noodles like I’m used to, so that was a bit disappointing. Overall, still a decent experience, just not quite what I had in mind for that dish.
