I recently had the chance to visit Zeppi’s Italian Ice, and I can confidently say it was one of the best dessert experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was upbeat, clean, and welcoming. It’s the kind of place that instantly puts you in a good mood — bright, fun, and perfect whether you’re stopping by with friends, family, or just treating yourself after a long day. The staff made a great first impression. They were friendly, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu. If you’ve ever walked into a dessert shop and felt rushed or overwhelmed, this was the complete opposite. They were happy to explain flavors, offer suggestions, and let me take my time deciding. Oh my goodness I love this place it’s so yummy and it comes out so fast! Lidia and Genevieve are my favorite workers, there’s always so kind and always attentive to my needs. 10/10 I would recommend! Side note I love how they’re open late on weekends :)
