Wailoaloa shaved Icecream

The cutest couple owns this place and the shaved ice was so good! We loved trying their special combos! Bonus points for the extra bowl to catch all of the goodness that falls! Couldn’t ask for more so we will definitely be back!!!

I didn’t get a good experience with this place. The ice wasn’t shaved it was chunky. The syrups didn’t taste good and didn’t taste like the flavors. I had fresh fruit on top and got peaches and they were brown it was very unpleasant. I was hoping for a better experience with the food. We got a free ice cream and we asked for Oreos on top. Well the ice cream was one of those cups you can buy from the grocery store and the Oreos weren’t real ones they were off brand. The service was good and the girl was very nice and kind. Update: the owners were very kind to make it up to me. Unfortunately I was unable to stop by again this summer but I’m hoping at some point we will be able to give them another chance. Delicious! I was excited to try the shaved ice cream and it didn’t disappoint! My daughter got the strawberries and cream and I got the Oreo madness. My mom and son both got regular shaved ice varieties and both loved the flavors and soft shaved ice. Fabulous customer service and very friendly. Highly recommend!!

So delicious! Delightful island vibes with all of the flavors and options for your snow cones. Seriously as good as the shave ice in Hawaii. I loved the Shark Bait with ice cream! Enjoy a mini island get away with your family in Provo. Kids love it and it doesn't break the bank (from a family of 7).

The shaved ice is so amazing, nice and smooth! Even better with the sweetened condensed milk on top!!
