The fact that this exits in a town so closely associated with a religion that forbids coffee, is incredible. Seeing an owner-operated shop where he is sourcing, roasting, serving, and genuinely caring about every cup is so refreshing. If you’re a coffee snob, this is the only true coffee shop in Provo and it’s great! Stop by and say hello.

Really special place. I'm at home sipping a black cup of their Columbia roast right now. I only buy beans from here. Locally roasted coffee not only supports the local economy, but it is objectively fresher and tastier than any preserved alternative. This is the *only* coffee roaster in Utah county to my knowledge. That means that every other coffee shop in Utah county uses comparatively stale beans. That even goes for shops that source their beans from UT-based roasters like Cafe Ibis, because they usually get their beans in scheduled large batches from the Logan-based roaster. Incidental, on the other hand, roasts in-house, and their beverages and take-home beans are as fresh as you can get. This matters greatly if you're into espresso and black coffee, but you'll even notice the diffe

Now that the brethren have changed their minds about caffeinated beverages, it makes sense to come on in a try out the different offerings at Incidental. It’s a clean, crisp, quiet, and quaint coffee shop. Don’t worry, they don’t judge. Nor should you feel bad. Coffee is healthier than a coke or a Dr Pepper, as long as you don’t load it up with all sorts of unnecessary syrups and sugars and milks and stuffs. I recommend you drink it black (meaning no additional whatevers). If you’re brave enough, that is. Because Incidental is a top tier coffee shop, and coffee is meant to be enjoyed straight up, uninhibited, unmolested, and as is. Don’t worry. You’ll be fine, my brothers and sisters. This beverage comes straight from the earth, combined of course with our ancestors discovery of fire mi

This is hands down the best coffee I’ve had in Utah — and I say that as someone originally from the Pacific Northwest who knows good coffee. Incidental Coffee Roasters absolutely exceeded my expectations. Their cold brew is phenomenal — I had it every single day during my first trip to Provo because I literally couldn’t start my day without it. On this most recent trip, I ordered cappuccinos and they were just as incredible. The flavor, the quality, the smoothness… everything is consistently excellent. The shop itself has a great vibe, the location is convenient, and the people are always friendly and welcoming. My only regret is forgetting to grab a bag of their beans to bring home — which just means I’ll be back even sooner. Anytime I’m in Provo, this is my go-to coffee spot. Can’t le

Very small and intimate space. The service was great. The list of syrups available is short, but really that's a testament to how good the actual coffee is and how much pride they take in offering a superior cup. My wife and I tried the maple and vanilla iced lattes and they are some of the best we've had in Utah. I will say the drinks are not as sweet as a typical coffee shop around here, which is preferred in my opinion, but keep that in mind if you want a sweet drink.
