Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Went there yesterday about 3 , husband wanted some wings , he said they were tasted like they had been cooked a few days before and warmed up . He wouldn't even bring left overs home . My 3 chicken fingers were very greasy and fries were just warm . Definitely not what it used to be.

This was, without a doubt, the filthiest fast food place I've seen in years. There was no place to put your garbage as the containers were all overflowing. I saw people coming in and taking pictures of the filth. The tables were all dirty, and people were starting to leave their garbage in place on the tables. The food was still Zaxby's. Yes, we ate there because we only noticed the mess after we ordered. We wiped down our own table. It wasn't very busy, and at one point, a young lady came out and wiped down 1 table. This place needs help. I didn't see enough workers and if I was corporate, I'd immediately hire an exclusive cleaner for each shift to restore Zaxby's good name. The manager needs to show up on the weekends. If he/she was actually there on Sunday, 14 April around 3pm

This was the second time through the drive through and ordered the quesadillas meal and did not get fries that we asked for on both occasions. They repeated order and still didn’t put ii on the ticket. Poor service

Food order wasn't right and cold. The three women workers was on the outside of the counter talking to 3 other males that wasn't customers. Extremely loud talking and laughing. Very unprofessional behavior. Wrong orders and cold chicken isn't worth the price at all. Do not plan to return to Zaxby's in Sylcauga, Alabama. Also drink machine wasn't working.

Waited two minutes for someone to take my order at the drive-through then waited another three minutes for my food then the bread was so burnt it melted my plate
