Mimi's Table & Garden Tea Room

If I could give Mimi's Table ten stars I would! I saw them featured on Destination Tea and made a reservation right away. These wonderful ladies made us feel so at home in their charming little tea room. The theme was the Lord of the Rings/the Hobbit when we went and as you can see from my pictures the place looked downright magical. You can really tell that they put a ton of thought into every aspect of your experience, right down to the honey butter pats that were shaped into roses. Altogether we had a fantastic time and are planning to return soon. The food and tea was delicious. We all ended up purchasing extra scones to go. Absolutely magical doesn't even begin to describe this hidden gem! The tea house is perfectly whimsical and decorated with different themes throughout the year (it was Alice in Wonderland when we fist visited)! Located in a peaceful pastoral setting with gorgeous flowers, water features and adorable farm animals nearby (they will let you feed the goats!), you will instantly be transported to another world. Teresa and her team did an amazing job making our group of 9 ladies feel welcome- even writing our names on the front porch chalkboard and making sure we had everything we needed! The loose leaf tea (they have a great variety) and the food were all delectable and served on stunning china.
