Incredibly great food. The people there were so kind and helpful

I usually like the food but today, it had a hair in it and I called to ask for a refund. The guy that answered said something about exchanging it if I bring it back. I told him I didnt want to exchange it, i just want a refund. He hung up on me and when I called back, he said he told me to come back up there...customer service went out the window when he hung up on me.

I ordered Hunan beef. It was awful. It had a pungent smell, was rubbery and chewy and tasted like fish. Now, hours later, I'm going to bed feeling nauseous. Either the beef was spoiled or it wasn't beef. On top of that it was rather pricey for the quality and portions. That was my first and last visit there, unless I need to go back to order again and have a sample analyzed. I only gave it one star because less than one wasn't an option.

The Beef Egg Foo Young and Crab Rangoon are very delicious. Very generous portions. Talking loudly to each other in your foreign language, in front of customers is off-setting. I think it would be polite and professional to not do this.
