Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This location used to be my favorite! Going about 4x a week, I have had issues before, but everyone is human and it’s okay. I never complain, but after my visit yesterday, 01/11/26 at 3:33PM, I won’t be back. The guy at the window was flat out rude. I asked for ONE extra zax sauce with my big zax snack and his response was “can’t modify your order at the window.” Now I can see if I asked to add an extra meal, or change the whole thing, but one.. singular.. sauce? I informed him that I really wanted it and paying for it wasn’t an issue, and he proceeded to tell me “you have one sauce in the bag. That should be enough for you.”

I almost never leave reviews. I had a hour drive home and was eating while driving. I asked for no tomato because I was allergic. And the sandwich im pretty sure only comes with pickles and the sauce anyways. They asked me if I was okay with the sauce and pickles I said yes. I got my food and it was a dry plain chicken sandwich. I could barley eat it. I myself work in the food industry and it was not busy no reason the food should havd been wrong.

Me and my husband stopped here for dinner on the way home tonight and my husband ordered both of our food and forgot to get a milkshake. (Some places allow) so he asked when we got to the window if we could add it. A employee by the name of Johnathan very dramatically threw himself forward and said (ughhh). Then proceeded to tell the other male employee walking by him “guess what ..name.. you have to make a milkshake and he also seemed very annoyed. If you didn’t want to do it then just say no, or if it is allowed and you don’t wanna do your job, don’t work there. Terrible customer service. I never complain and am always understanding as I worked in fast food before, but I feel like this was absolutely uncalled for. Do what you want, not in front of customers though. VERY unprofessional.

I just got back to my hotel from and as soon as I opened my box, I found a literal trident gum wrapper. I threw it in the bag and decided to look through my food, and had to throw out a good bit of the fries as well because they were soggy and looked old.

Got the new taco with Chipotle Ranch and it was a nice change of pace. I don't think it's good enough to get it unless I'm in the mood for it. Not too bad. Also got the fried pickles.
