Love the food here. Humble little BBQ place with big flavor. Definitely the best BBQ in Bulloch County! I recommend the ribs, brisket, sausage, loaded potato salad and lemon pound cake. The Vinegar BBQ sauce is fantastic. Give it a try you wont be sorry.

Ok... cards shown. Yank from South Jersey.... but my police sergeant was a competition BBQ guy and he would test out his latest recipes on his corporal, me. So i have experience! This place is fantastic! I am a lover of Brunswick Stew and it is on a category of its own. Nothing is even close. The ribs are perfect as is the pulled pork, brisket ..... Have not found ANYTHING on the menu i do not love! Sorry Sarge, as good as you are... Hopulikit is it!!!

This place is a hidden gem. Heading back from a Cape Canaveral cruise, we stopped here for lunch about 1.5 hrs from home - Augusta. Glad we waited until Statesboro. We ordered the 1/2 chicken combo plate & 1/4 lb brisket combo plate. Combo came with 2 sides & 1 drink. Plus 20% tip at the counter, it came to $30 & change. Large portions, we couldn’t finish it. The chicken & brisket were very tasty & smoky with still some chew. Sides were pretty good. The Brunswick stew was thick made will pulled pork. 3 homemade BBQ sauces - sweet, spicy, gold - mustard. We liked the gold sauce. Counter attendant was very friendly & responsive. They also have smoked chicken wings for $1 each, but were sold out. Definitely 2 thumbs up!

Some of the best brisket ever! Every meat and side was delicious. Great service! Very friendly. Wonderful little bbq diner with indoor or screened in outdoor seating. Excellent!!

We were driving on the interstate and my wife wanted BBQ, so we decided to try it. I'm glad that we did, it was really good. When we pulled up I couldn't tell if they were open at first. They have a sign but it is difficult to see in the sun. We went in and were greeted before we got through the door. The place was clean and the employees were friendly. I ordered the larg pulled pork sandwich and beans. I can eat a lot but couldn't finish it all. The pork was cooked properly and it had a nice bark on it. My wife had the brisket with green beans and potato salad. I didn't try the sides but the brisket tasted great. It wasn't quite as tender as I hoped, but it was still very tender and juicy. I really enjoyed meeting the owners and seeing their smoker setup. They are truly wonderful peop
