Rolling Monkey

This was my first time experiencing rolled ice cream and honestly, The staff the environment was so amazing that it will keep us coming back. I wish I remembered all of member to give them a huge shout out!! Visited February 22,26 around 3pm

love the ice cream and topping options! the employees are trained very well on how to connect with the customers, they keep you engaged the whole time they are there and actually seem like they care. i am taking one star off because PLEASE turn your music down a notch, especially when the employees are trying to talk to you, it’s hard to communicate with them and very overstimulating in general. i’ve been there twice and it was the same each time, we ended up eating outside.

The customer service here is AMAZING. Everyone was so kind. Mack and another lady (didn't get her name. Name tag said in training) made my daughter's ice cream and she had fun watching them make it. I would come back just for the customer service!

Completely amazing! First of all, my favorite animals are monkeys, so the theme of this shop is so creative and funny to me. The employees are always so positive and, althought working in customer service is extraordinarily difficult, they don't seem to let that faze them. They always strike up pleasant conversations as they make your ice cream (from scratch) in front of you. You have so much control over the process! They even draw little designs in the freezing cream with caramel or chocolate drizzle that, again, you can choose yourself! The end results are so nice and you can choose a near-unlimited number of toppings. I'm a new college student and I can somehow afford this place for such little cost. I can't recommend the Rolling Monkey enough!

This place is amazing! 5 stars across the board!! The atmosphere is fun! The ice cream is delicious! The customer service is beyond wonderful. Loved the Winnie-the-Pooh that was designed upside down! We were amazed that after about 20 minutes they called us by name on our way out! Hate that it is 3 and a half hours from where we live. If your in the area... stop by, it's worth it!!
