Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Tried the new tacos they were delicious we also had the 5 finger platter it was good also.

I don't know anyone who would give this place a 5 star. The employees are great! The food is trash. Praise goes to the costumer service nothing more. If you are searching for a place with good food don't go here.

All of the employees except for one got problems. They got an employee who has burnt another employees hand and they got employees talking behind other employees back like they ain’t right there. And the manager don't do nothing about it. Their food is pretty good but some of the employees need to learn to respect other employees whether they like them or not you ain’t there to make friends your there to do a job and get paid and please your customers simple! DO BETTER!!!!

I usually don’t leave a review, but this one is worth posting. I purchased a nibberlz meal and some fried pickles. Pickles were fried to hard, so I couldn’t eat them. Nibberlz bread was hard, I called and expressed my concern. In speaking with the manager, she told me the kind of breading they cook the pickles in, that’s expected. Which floored me, because how is it that you continue to serve them, knowing they are not fit to eat. Furthermore, when I told her the bread was hard, she said in order to replace them, I had to bring the food back. I didn’t have a problem bringing the food back. I didn’t feel like driving back, food should have been correct the first time. So I cut my lost and decided to leave a review, so people please make sure your food is right before leaving. Just left from to go to work, and get to my designation. To see that I paid almost $4 for 2 egg rolls!!! Are freaking kidding me!! Now on the wings!!! You gave me all legs. They were over cooked. SMH!!! To far down the highway to turn around.
