Omggg 1st off customer service was warm welcoming even tho I was on the phone, I was looking for the Cookie Butter Cake and it was right there in my face it was called the Airplane, and lady said can I help u I said was lookin for Cookie Butter Cake she said its right here honey. 😆 🤣 😂 she said put ur hat up 😆 🤣 😂 was sooo low to my eyes but all I saw was AirPlane didn't finish reading it sigb for it.. But lady was soooo nice and im thankful.. Smells soooo good in there.. Omgggggg I need a biggggger Cake the Bisoff Cookie Butter Cake omgggggg.. It was moist, soft, smell good, Defty b back b4 they close 😆 If I was you DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GET 1 LIKE I DID, GET TWO OR THREE.. THANKSSSSSSS

Miss Mary Ann welcome my son and I in with open arms (literally just scooped him up and gave him love) and recommended this caramel cake that she said her customers call “crack”. Let me just tell you. She wasn’t lying. This is the caramel cake I’ve always dreamed of. I also got a 7 layer bar and some sort of cheesecake bar and they both were SO delicious. Give this place 10 stars if I could.

The cakes were delicious! We loved the yellow cake with caramel icing (unlike ANYTHING we’ve ever tasted) and chocolate cake with chocolate frosting. Delicous! Looking forward to next time.

This is an outstanding Bakery, the employees are very sweet and professional. I BOUGHT DIFFERNT FLAVORS OF CUPCAKES AND GOT HOME AND TRIED ONE. IT WAS SO MOIST! ORDERED A CAKE FOR MY SISTERS BIRTHDAY, CANT WAIT TO TASTE IT. I AM NEW TO SHELBY AND DIDNT KNOW ONE BAKERY FROM ANOTHER, BUT FOUND PHYLLIS 1st pick and Now they are my go to Bakery from now on. Give them a try you won't be disappointed!

Dropped by for some snacks to bring to a meeting and I was absolutely showered with love and sweetness. The baked goods are to die for but also try the candied pecans, wow!! Phyllis was absolutely a blessing on my morning and helped me have the best meeting. Thank you!
