The staff were hopping! The food was hot and fresh. The wait staff were fast, accurate and friendly. The 1 busses that stood out to me, as I people watched was a young black man that had dimples that could hold a cup of water lol, anyway he was cleaning like a mad man, was very aware of his surroundings, made sure not to bump chairs, table or clients. I was very impressed with his work ethic as the other 2 bussers looked like they had a long nite, dragging around, bumping the surrounding areas. If you see someone doing a job and doing it well, say something. I thanked him several times. Owners please know he was a rock star that day for your company.

The staff was so friendly welcoming me for my first time. There is a hot bar and a regular menu you can order from. Cake slices are freshly made on the weekends with tons of flavors to choose from. My breakfast platter had everything i wanted, although I wish the waitress didn’t assume I wanted butter in my grits. The first bite of my egg tasted like sink water but quickly went away. Other than that, decent food at a decent price. The only stars I have to knock off for is the fact my total was $7.74 and the lady asked how much I wanted to tip and I said $1.50. She punched in the numbers quickly and tapped my card before I could even correct her as she added an extra .10. I get it’s a small amount but dishonest practice.

There was no wait and we sat right down. The host brought my husband coffee as soon as we sat down and the waitress got my water as well. My husband got the ultimate omelet with biscuits and gravy and I got the French toast with bacon eggs and a hash brown! The service was fast and great. We only waited maybe 15 mins for the food tops. I would say I feel like the food could have been seasoned better but not horrible just added some salt and pepper at the table.

Overall this place is super adorable and fun, it’s definitely a nice log cabin feel. I was a bit disappointed in the food I didn’t feel like the portion sizes and quality of food was apt to the price. The pancakes were very good though, except for my mom’s pancake that was burnt on one side. It was difficult to get a waitress at our table to try and fix the issue, or get refills. Which we did understand since they were short staffed unfortunately. I would consider going back in the future sometime, if they’ve made some changes to their menu.

First time experience for breakfast and cant wait for opportunity to try their luch. They also offer buffet for both. Great food, nice family oriented, and great atmosphere. Posting a photo of how great the food is.
