Yukihana Sushi & Sake Bar

absolutely AMAZING our server was super smart and explained all of the types of sushi and where they are from. me and my dad ordered the “trust the chef” and it did not disappoint. we ended up ordering it 3 times and it hit the spot every time. all the fish were superrrrr fresh, some of the best i’ve ever had. the sake was also divine, very good dinner thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Wow! Sushi this good in a mountain town is hard to come by. I can not recommend this spot enough! Executive chef Paul is incredible, kind, and so knowledgeable. The food is so delicious, fresh, and unique in flavor. I can't recommend the chefs choice enough- but the rolls are fantastic too. I can't wait to come back!

We had a fantastic time! One of the best experiences we’ve had in recent history. The service was amazing from the owner to his team. We sat at the sushi bar and had so much fun! Fresh sushi and delicious dishes. A must visit when here!

I had such a wonderful experience here! My husband and I sat at the sushi bar and were able to watch Chef Paul prepare the sushi and chat with him. We had Paul’s spoon, the bento box, and wagyu (which had a COA); the toro and hamachi were our favorite. The service was also excellent - from the servers to the kitchen staff. The best part - Paul gave us Kamatoro on the house; such a treat! We will definitely be coming back next time we visit crested butte. Worth every penny!

Overall a solid sushi restaurant, definitely cater to a little bit more high-end tastes and you can tell that when you walk in. They a boast and pride themselves in having fresh fish, which is obviously hard to do in a mountain town. I do think the fish was fresh and overall the maki that we had was pretty good. Good customer service, as the staff will help you identify things that will suit you. I've had a lot of great sushi in my life, so hard to say best-ever, but great for in the middle of Colorado! I would recommend visiting here.
